Terms of service

By placing an order with Maison Dorée you agree to the following terms.

Products

All pieces are vintage bag hardware, buttons, charms and chain belts, collected and upcycled. Each is authenticated by hallmark and construction and finished in 24k gold plate unless otherwise stated in the listing. Pieces are made in small numbers; minor wear consistent with age is part of their character and is not a defect. Charm dimensions are approximate.

Non-affiliation

Maison Dorée is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any fashion house, and the original manufacturers of the vintage components have no involvement in our products.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, for example where a piece has sold out before the online order was processed. Sales tax is applied at checkout where required.

Care

Gold plate wears with use. Keep pieces away from perfume, water and abrasives, and wipe with a soft cloth. Do not polish.

Returns

See our Refund policy. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, unworn and boxed, less a 25% restocking fee.
