Returns and refunds

Every Maison Dorée piece is vintage, finished by hand and made in small numbers. We accept returns under the following terms:

• Contact us at hello@maisondoree.co within 5 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking. Returns must be shipped back within those 5 days.
• The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original box.
• A 25% restocking fee is deducted from the refund. Return postage is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked, insured service.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.
• Exchanges are possible while the same piece is still in stock; email us first.

If a piece arrives damaged, email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
